As Owner and Broker, with over fifteen years operational experience in senior management, I aim toward demonstrating effective and inspiring leadership as well as stewardship involving all programs and services throughout the entire development process for all parties involved. This includes, but is not limited to, operational and administrative management of financial planning and analysis, human resources, and information technology.
I am a Licensed Louisiana Real Estate Broker, and I believe the real estate industry is all about people and their expectations; so in order to be a strong relationship builder, it is a requirement to have excellent people skills partnered with a dynamic development leadership team to live up to these high standards.
In my experience I have learned to be successful in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment, one must remain flexible and possess the ability to multi-task, demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities, and constantly drive toward clarity and solutions. In my years of working in the real estate industry, I have learned what hard work and dedication mean to the client and their needs.
